Booking requests and communications

When you submit a booking request through valcris.ie, the details you provide are used to review your journey and contact you regarding availability, journey arrangements and the fare.

A booking request submitted through the website does not itself generate or automatically confirm a fare. Valcris Transfers contacts you to confirm the relevant journey details.

If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, telephone, email or another third-party communication service, information is also processed in accordance with the privacy terms of the relevant provider.

05

Route Calculator and location information

Our website may provide a Route Calculator that allows you to enter a starting point and destination to obtain an estimated driving distance and journey time.

To provide this functionality, the location information or coordinates you enter are processed through mapping and routing services supplied by TomTom.

The information is used for route calculation and does not determine the fare for a Valcris Transfers journey. Your final fare and availability are confirmed separately by us.

Device location

If a “Use my location” feature is made available, your browser will request your permission before accessing your device location. You can refuse this permission or disable location access through your browser or device settings.
